There is a difference between a sweat sauna and a sauna.

Difference One: The principle of sweating

The principle of sauna sweating: It uses high-temperature steam to act on the skin from the outside,

 conducting heat into the body and forcibly opening the sweat glands to sweat, which is a kind of sweating

 due to oxygen deficiency. The principle of sweating in a sauna: It utilizes the energy field formed

 by the negative ions, far-infrared rays, and microcurrents released by tourmaline to act on the 

human body in combination, balancing the body's pH level and supplementing the body's bioelectricity. 

While sweating, it also expels toxins and waste from the body.

Difference Two: Temperature

Sauna temperature: It can reach 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. People can only stay in such an environment for 5 to 10 minutes. 

If they stay for too long, they will feel chest tightness and shortness of breath.

 Sweat sauna temperature: The temperature should be around 42 to 45 degrees Celsius,

 and the scientific duration of a sweat sauna is 40 to 60 minutes

Difference three: Sweating

Sweating in a sauna: The sweat produced after a sauna is sticky and has a smell of sweat.

 It is necessary to take a bath after a sauna to get rid of the sweat smell.

 Long-term sauna use will increase the blood supply burden on the brain and heart. 

Sweating during a sweat bath: The sweat produced during a sweat bath has no odor, 

and the skin becomes smooth after the sweat subsides. It is important to avoid

 taking a shower within 6 hours after the sweat bath. People with heart disease,

 severe skin diseases, high blood pressure, or other physical discomforts should not take a sweat bath. 

The above are the three major differences between saunas and sweat baths.

汗蒸和桑拿是有區別的。

區別一、排汗原理

桑拿排(pái)汗原理(lǐ):利用高溫(wēn)水蒸氣從外部作用於皮膚(fū),向身體內傳導熱量,強製性打(dǎ)開汗腺排汗,屬於缺氧的排(pái)汗。汗(hàn)蒸排汗原理:利用電氣石釋放的負離子、遠紅外線、微電流所形成的能量場綜合作用(yòng)於人體(tǐ),平衡人體酸堿度(dù)和補充(chōng)人體生物電,在排汗的同(tóng)時把體內的毒(dú)素和垃圾排(pái)出體外。

區別(bié)二:溫度

桑拿溫度:可達到60-70攝氏度,人在這(zhè)樣的環境中隻能停留5-10分(fèn)鍾,時間過長就會感到胸悶,氣短。汗蒸溫度:溫度在42-45攝氏度左右,科學汗蒸時間(jiān)為40-60分鍾

區別三:排汗

桑拿排汗:蒸桑拿後排出的汗是發粘的、有汗臭味覺,蒸桑拿後需洗澡以除去汗臭味,長期蒸桑拿會增加腦和心髒的供血負擔。汗蒸排汗:汗蒸所排出的汗(hàn)沒有汗臭味,而且汗消了之後皮膚變得光滑,要注意汗蒸結束後6小時內不宜淋浴,有心髒病、嚴重皮膚病、高血壓、或其(qí)他身體不適患者,不能汗蒸。以上就是汗蒸(zhēng)和桑拿(ná)的三大(dà)區別,大家要認識清楚(chǔ),並科學選擇,以免對身體(tǐ)造成(chéng)不良影響。
